This was our second attempt to shoot at Joshua Tree. We realized that we will not be able to reach there before sunset in our first attempt in October and for the second time we planned a more timely departure in March. However, due to the long queue at the park enterance we have lost a lot of time and we had about two hours to shoot before it got dark and cold. Cristiana braved the cold and we captured some amazing shots in this surreal location in Southern California. This nature park takes it's name from Joshua Tree and is located in North East of Los Angeles and you can find more information about the park here https://www.nps.gov/jotr/index.htm If you plan to visit please consider desert climate which is very hot during the day and gets very cold at night. So, plan to leave LA around 10:00 AM to reach Joshua Tree early afternoon and bring some warm clothing if you plan to stay after sunset.
